Payment & Deposit
Payment Structure
A 50% deposit is required upon finalizing the booking process.
Timing of Deposit
The remaining deposit is due at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding date to confirm our availability and reserve our services for your special day. Failure to make this payment may result in cancellation of services.
Refund Policy
75% of deposit is refunded back to customer if cancellation occurs at least 90 days before the scheduled wedding date.
Cancellation within 90 Days
If you cancel within 90 days of the wedding, 50% of deposit is refunded back to customer, as this time frame significantly limits our ability to book alternative clients for the booked date.
Cancellation within 60 Days
If you cancel within 60 days of the wedding, 25% of deposit is refunded back to customer, as this time frame significantly limits our ability to book alternative clients for the booked date.
Cancellation within 30 Days
If you cancel within 30 days of the wedding, 0% of deposit is refunded back to customer, as this time frame significantly limits our ability to book alternative clients for the booked date.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including: Credit, Debit, E-Transfer, Cash and more. Details on all accepted forms of payment will be defined on the invoice.

Contract Agreement
These deposit details are explained in our formal contract, which both parties will sign. The contract serves as a binding agreement to ensure clarity and promise in our working relationship.
